The sheep blend in too much with the landscape, and I’m not too fond of some of the sloppy markings in the far background, but people really responded to this one. it got a lot of likes of Cara and Bluesky.

The cacti ended up looking weird, but I played around with a really loose brush in CSP with this one to try and get a “realish” quick sketch vibe. I like how the sky turned out and the overall composition.

What I like about the prompt list this year is a lot of the words chosen can be taken into a variety of directions. I thought of the remote worker, others thought of remote control cars or TV remotes. It was cool to see the variations this year.

Depth is a hard thing to convey on a flat surface. I did use photo reference for this pic which had an accurate field of depth because it was a photo of a real thing in real space. I’m not sure they look like toilet paper rolls here like in the original photo.
