This was a lot more realistic in my head and came out a lot more cartoony than I expected, but that’s what happens when you’re jumping styles all the time. I tried to emulate that “this is what I had at my art table,” lookk to the art. I was happy with the emulation of white out pen for the background lightning. That was a happy accident. My friend whom I made it for liked it.

I went very literal with the theme for this show, as Chuck threw so many themes at me at once, so I drew one element for each element and threw them together. If you look closely and compare the thumbnail below and the drawing above, you see I actually shaded these drawings twice!
