The group ends up in the land of Phila. They are greeted by a Venus De Phila who takes in the Otis Lotus as the others become women. Otis Lotus becomes Dhat Badan and Venus De Phila and her become friends. We are joined by Kay Kirscht as our guest.

Bluto becomes an enlightened being who anamorphs into a puma. The dog slinks away as the puma eats the pasta, and Otis and Philo try to save it. There is absolute chaos.

Bluto returns home to find Otis with Philo. He explains that it’s cool because of pasta! Bluto gets the idea to chop Philo up to get more Philos, only to be attacked by the dog and ripped to pieces. Those pieces form Bluto into an enlightened being.
